About the project
The laconic architectural design of the elite complex was developed by the Sergey Skuratov Bureau. Adhering to the framework of modern aesthetics, Victory Park Residences inevitably look to the future, a philosophy which applies to both the design and the entire infrastructural concept of the project. This includes its own shopping and entertainment complex, «Victory Gallery»; a private and secure Victory Garden Park that allows you to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city; and all kinds of services, including its own kindergarten and much more. All of these elements make Victory Park Residences a center of harmony and comfort in a private historical environment near Kutuzovsky Prospekt and Victory Park. It is not for nothing that the slogan of the residential complex proclaims the values «Generosity. Care. Love».
Architect Sergey Skuratov
Sergei Skuratov became famous for the residential complexes Copper House and «House on Mosfilmovskaya», which have become an event in Russian architecture. His art career began at the age of seven, when he sculpted a half-meter sword from colored plasticine and was immediately accepted into an art school.
