ANTTEQ selected as general contractor for Westerdam

Mobilization at the site, located in the capital's Ochakovo-Matveevskoe District. will begin in the near future. The first buildings are scheduled to enter use in 2022.
The ANTTEQ construction and engineering company has been operating in the Russian development market since 2013, and is part of the group of Turkish Ant Yapi holding, one of the 100 largest construction corporations in the world. In realizing the Westerdam comfort-class project, four residential mid-height (10-30 stories) concrete block buildings, a 260-student kindergarten and a 950-car underground parking garage will be built, along with a comprehensive improvement of the project territory, including 4 hectares of apple orchards. In the coming weeks, ANTTEQ will start its concrete preparations and begin pouring the foundation plate.
