ANTTEQ became the general contractor of the Capital Towers

The development company Capital Group held a tender and chose ANTTEQ as the general contractor for the construction of the Capital Towers residential complex. The general contractor will be engaged in the main complex of construction and installation works.
In particular, by mobilizing the pit and refining it to the marks of the bottom of skyscrapers. In July, they will make concrete preparation and begin work on reinforcing the foundation slab.
In May, at the Capital Towers site, they completed the construction of the main part of the excavation of houses, walls in the ground along the perimeter of the land plot, a pile field and dewatering. In addition, we strengthened the structures in the area of influence of the development, and also installed intermediate vertical supports for the spacer part of the stylobate. This was done by the previous contractor involved in this scope of work. The construction of the complex is planned to be completed at the end of 2020.
Capital Towers residential complex became the third high-rise project of Capital Group. These are three skyscrapers (River Tower, Park Tower, City Tower), united by a common base and located on the embankment of the Moskva River, between the Moscow City business center and the World Trade Center. The architectural project was developed by the team of the architect Sergey Skuratov. All buildings are 270 meters high, with 65 above-ground floors and six underground levels. In total, there are 720 apartments in skyscrapers. Their areas vary from 49 to 603 sq. meters. The parking lot of the residential complex is designed for 1277 cars.
ANTTEQ is part of the Turkish holding Ant Yapi, which has been operating in the Russian development market for 25 years. The developer Capital Group, operating since 1993, is one of the oldest Russian development companies. The portfolio includes 7.8 million "squares" of real estate, including 3.3 million - under construction. Last fall, Capital Group began sales in the residential complex Kutuzovskiy 12, this winter - in Capital Towers and Nebo. In early spring, the concept of the complex was presented, which will appear on the territory of the Badayevsky plant. In the summer, the project will be technically completed in the book house on Novy Arbat.
